Q: Do you provide SLA support?
A: Yes, as part of selected SLA packages we offer support in various forms, ranging from manufacturer service to partner-level support and vendor-independent support solutions.

Q: What is the warranty period for the devices?
A: The warranty period depends on the model. Typically, it ranges from 12 to 36 months. Manufacturer warranties usually last 12 months, but we can extend the warranty through our own service.

Q: Is the equipment ready to use immediately after delivery?
A: By default, the equipment requires configuration. We offer a pre-configuration service according to your requirements.

Q: Do you provide support during deployment?
A: Yes, our engineers can perform the installation on-site or remotely.

Q: What should be done with old IT equipment?
A: We offer a collection and disposal service that complies with full environmental (local) protection regulations, and we also provide you with the option to buy back unwanted used infrastructure.
